What’s your inspiration?  Is it a magnificent sunset painted in hues of orange, yellow, red, blue and purple?  Or maybe it’s that one song that gives you that little jolt you need to get your day going each morning?  Or maybe it’s that one bible verse that motivates you to keep moving forward and not giving up.  We often seek inspiration as a form of motivation to help feed our spirit so that we can create and breath life into the goals we have set out for ourselves.  Each day that I sit and write I seek inspiration all around me.  I read my bible before I even write one word.  I seek out passages in the bible that breath life into the topics I want to share with you.  I listen to my worship music as I write and paint to relax me and inspire me.  Sometimes the lyrics in the songs help me to express how I’m feeling.  They get the wheels in motion in my head and before I know it, I’ve written another chapter.  You can seek inspiration through others that you admire, through song, poems and like me, through a walk in the park.  God surrounds us with so much beauty that you can’t help but get inspired to do something.  And in doing so, you can also be an inspiration to others.  As I have written my blogs it touches my heart to read the beautiful messages I get from those that have read my blogs and express to me how “this is what I needed to hear today” or by thanking me for what I had written.  That is my inspiration to keep going.  To know that God has guided me this entire time and He directs me as I write each and every day.  God gives me the greatest inspiration of all.  He entrusted ME to write to you to give you words of encouragement and inspiration.  There is no greater gift than to reach others about the wonders of our God and how much I love Him and how much He loves YOU.  Just knowing how much God loves us and how merciful He is inspires me to continue reaching for Him and getting closer to Him.  So again I ask you, what is your inspiration?  What are you seeking in life and what is driving you to get there?  I believe that the goals you set in your life are achievable and I know with determination and inspiration from God you will reach your goals.
